Metropolitan Plan: A City with Character

How to transfer a complex urban structure into a single document? Prague is a diverse city with its own character - the Metropolitan Plan therefore protects its characteristic views and panoramas while, under clearly defined rules, adding new districts to the city's skyline. For the first time in history, Prague will thus have clearly defined height regulations. How do the rules for construction differ between stabilised and development areas? And how specifically does the Plan protect the unique character of each locality? The topic was presented by Michal Leňo, head of the Metropolitan Plan Office, together with other experts.
