We are building a residential complex with 259 low-energy apartments in a quiet part of Prague 5 Barrandov neighborhood on Wassermannova Street. In two phases, we will construct eight apartment buildings here, featuring shared underground spaces and green courtyards. Thoughtfully designed floor plans ranging from 1+kk to 5+kk in a clean Finnish design are a given in this project as well. The first phase also includes 12 commercial units. In addition to a peaceful living environment, this complex will offer its residents new opportunities for sports and leisure activities. The area features kindergartens, elementary schools, playgrounds, a health center, a post office, a water park, a library, and an outdoor gym. The proximity of Prokopské and Dalejské valleys invites residents to take walks, where nature trails, a petting zoo, and a small lake await hikers.
