In the newly developing SUOMI Hloubětín neighborhood, we are building the ninth phase of the project, called VANTAA. Four apartment buildings with shared underground levels will feature 104 modern, low-energy apartments with layouts ranging from 1+kk to 5+kk. Each apartment comes with a basement storage unit, a balcony, a terrace, or a front garden. The apartment buildings are located in a quiet part of the development. The entire complex is being built on a former brownfield site, which we have revitalized and are continuously planting with new greenery. The revitalization also includes a section of the Rokytka River located near the project. Residents will be able to use the adjacent trails for sports or walks. Public transportation provides direct access to the project, creating an attractive residential neighborhood.
