A new era of urban planning

Urban development and regeneration have entered a new era of complexity. Climate, health and equality are at the forefront of global discussions to meet the needs of an increasingly urban world. Now more than ever, it is important to bring diverse voices with different views into the debate. While technology and new construction methods can improve the performance of our buildings, transport and urban spaces, the political sphere that decides how we grow and adapt has become much more extensive than ever before. Landscape architect Mark Johnson, who has been involved in the planning of many cities around the world, accepted our invitation to CAMP.
