Affordable Housing

Can a teacher, healthcare worker, or emergency responder afford to live in Prague? And if not, what can the city do about it? Affordable housing is one of the most pressing issues facing Prague’s local government today, yet it is also one of the least clearly explained. How are municipal rental housing projects being prepared, who will live in them, and how are they financed? In this discussion, we will focus on what has been achieved in recent years, what projects are in the pipeline, and how the city is planning its strategy for the development of municipal housing in the coming years.

The event is organized in cooperation with the Prague Development Company.
