Between sound and image, silence and concentration. The Spectaculare festival will feature two prominent figures of the contemporary German ambient scene—Joachim Spieth and Markus Guentner—representing the Affin label. A platform that has been systematically combining music with a unified visual identity since 2007, it is characterized by delicate organic structures, digital aesthetics, and an extraordinary attention to detail. The evening will offer a focused listening experience of carefully layered soundscapes, complemented by visuals prepared especially for this event, which naturally follow on from the label’s visual identity. Affin will perform in Prague for the first time ever in its full line-up as a meditative and compact audiovisual whole, somewhere between a concert and a ritual experience.
