Who decides where new neighborhoods, schools, or parks will be built? How does a housing estate differ from a neighborhood with family houses? And why is it important to know where the city ends and nature begins? October's Archigames is inspired by the principles of the Metropolitan Plan and will show how a city can grow smartly and safely. Together we'll discover the diversity of Prague and what makes individual places different. Children will learn how to connect urban spaces, where a street makes sense and where a pedestrian path is sufficient. They'll transform into architects, urban planners, and builders–they'll draw, create, and explore what a future city with a plan can look like. For parents and accompanying adults, additional information will be available about the Metropolitan Plan's development and what issues it addresses.
