A public construction project implemented on a set of land owned by Prague Capital City or closely interconnected entities in the wider center of the capital in connection with Palmovka metro station in Prague 8. The plan is being prepared by Pražská developerská společnost. The potential of the entire locality extends to the development of a diverse modern district catering for all the main urban functions and needs of the city over an area of up to eight hectares. Only the first two construction phases - Palmovka-Zenklova and Palmovka-Voctářova - have a set budget framework. In the first stage, a building permit will be obtained for the Palmovka-Zenklova phase on the land bounded by Libeňský most and Zenklova streets, and a competition will be launched to select a contractor for the project documentation.
